Persons with reduced mobility
The airport offers assistance and specialized services to passengers with reduced mobility. In order to make their airport experience as pleasant as possible, we kindly request those passengers to take account of the following recommendations:
- Verify with their family doctor whether they can undertake air travel and if so, carry out the necessary preparations.
- When reserving their flight, make absolutely sure that the special assistance they require is clearly mentioned so that the airport can welcome them in the best way possible.
As part of the special welcome and assistance service to these passengers on departure or on arrival, they are taken in a wheel-chair and accompanied right up to the aircraft or to the meeting point. We do this in order to enable persons with reduced mobility to travel in the best conditions possible.
